This is an odd case The only definire sighting is in 1939 Register, which has 1867, and not 1872 as in RIC. But the 1939 Register also gives two children and their dates of birth, which gets their mother's maiden name, Prudence Perrin. The two children are on BMD with the same mother Perrin. There is a Prudence Adelia Perrin b 27 Jan 1886, who marries Robert Skelton in 1907. But she is the mother of Albert Smart's two chilldren in 1917 and 1922, and she dies in Blackburn as Prudence Adelia Smart, but I cannot find a marriage
The ages are wrong for Robert Skelton (b1885) to be the same man as Albert Smart (b1867)
