He seems to be a man who wants to obscure his past. The "sea" birth only occurs in 1922 census and in RIC. It is not registered in British Sea Births
There is no 1904 marriage as implied in 1911 census. He gave RIC 1911 for his marriage, but the marriage seems to be in 1917. One would need that cert to try to get anywhere with him
He is only found in 1911 census, 1917 marriage and 1921 RIC
He disappears after 1921. Not in deaths nor 1939 Register.
