• He claims to be widowed when he married in 1919.
• He enlisted in RGA in 1916 claiming born Canada
• He enlisted in RIC claiming born Canada
• His first wife was Margaret Shattock
• His second wife , married in 1919 , was Frances Crocker
• His father varies from Angus George Joyce to Robert George Joyce
• There is no record of a marriage of a Joyce to a Lundy for his parents

1881 Apr 27. Claimed born British Columbia on RIC enrolemnet. His death cert points to 1865. He is not the Robert Joyce boorn 1881 in Kilmarnock

1916 Jun 1. enlisted in RGA as #90459. His father was Robert George Joyce, address unknown, He himself came from Vancouver, address unspecified
