1911 census I suspect he is in Army
1916 Mar 19 Married Devon (RIC) but I cannot find it. There is a marriage of a Thomas W Howard in Oct/Dec 1915 to Sarah J M Hammill, but his DOB is out.
1920 Aug 21 enlisted in RIC as # 72595 . ex-Soldier
