I cannot tie any to MIC address. 5th Lancers is correct.. There is no William E Mills born in London between 1880 and 1900

1888 Sep 7. Born London in RIC Register. In fact he was born Londonderry as plain William Mills.
1901 census at Duke Street, Waterside, Londonderry, with his family (his father died in May 1900)
1911 Jan 21 Married Sarah Ann Nottingham in Selby, Yorks. He was an Army Bandsman
1914 Aug . 5th (Royal Irish) Lancers at Dublin, part of 3rd Cavalry Brigade in Cavalry Division. Moved to France.
1914 Aug 15 Landed in France.
