Major Robert Howard

His ADRIC enlistment says he has MM and Egyptian medals as well as WW1 medals: He does not seem to have actually arrived at ADRIC, as there is no record of a posting, nor of a discharge. The roll is unreadable apart from his name and decorations. He appears to have been born Robert James Howard, and did not use the James in WW1. An award of an MM on the roll seems unlikely as he never appears as an OR.
